Eat Healthy for the Holidays
Lets entertain a little healthier this holiday season. It’s really easy and quite simple to do. Every year we say “we’re gonna do it”. It does take a little planning and some creativity. It will be fun and so entertaining for you, your family and friends.
This year, get rid of all the refined sugar, sugar filled and over processed foods, snacks, and treats. It’s not hard to make this holiday healthy, fun, nutritious and delicious.
Festive Cheddar Tree
The idea is to display a tasty and fun variety of cheeses. This is a creative take on the boring traditional cheese party platter.

Ingredients:
5 (8-ounce) bars of different cheeses. Sharp, Cheddar, plain and flavored
Fresh thyme sprigs
Grape cherry tomatoes or olives
Directions:
CUT each bar of cheddar into 1-inch cubes.
ARRANGE cubes in rows to form tree shape on large platter or cutting board, using different flavor for each row and separating flavors with thyme sprigs and rows of tomatoes or olives. For star on top, cut triangles of cheddar cheese and arrange into a star pattern.
